- We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
- In case of product defects, a 1-year free A/S is provided.
- For issues caused by user negligence during use, A/S is charged.
- Filters must be replaced regularly. A/S due to failure to replace filters is charged.
If you order more than 30,000 containers, we offer custom printing with your desired design.
- Design must be provided by the customer.
- Printing is done in two colors. (Additional charges apply for each extra color.)
- Custom manufacturing takes about one month from design confirmation to delivery.
